About the position

We are looking for a CNC Operator with a focus on varied small-scale production within the signage and graphic industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, programming, and working independently with the entire process—from digital original files to the finished product.

Conditions:

• Start immediately or as agreed.
• The work is scheduled during daytime hours.
• You will initially be employed by us at Montico on a fixed-term contract for 6 months, after which there is a good chance of direct employment with Skyltdepån.

Job Description

Your tasks will involve mastering and working with the following:

• Milling of aluminum and acrylic in sheet format.
• CAD/CAM preparation and programming.
• Material planning to minimize waste and optimize machine time.
• Working directly from customers' digital files instead of traditional drawings.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience with CNC milling, preferably in aluminum, acrylic, or other sheet materials.
• Have knowledge of CAD/CAM and programming/preparation.
• Can read and work from digital original files.
• Have a good understanding of materials and a feel for planning and optimization.
• Approach work in a technical and solution-oriented manner.
• Demonstrate independence and responsibility in production.
• Have an interest in development and new technology, such as 3D printing.
• Are meticulous and have a strong focus on quality.
• Can handle varied tasks and small series.

Other requirements:

• We assume you have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• You hold a B driving license and have access to your own car.
