About the role

As a Production Lead, you are a key person in the daily warehouse operations. You lead, distribute, and prioritize work during your shift while actively participating in production yourself. The role involves delegated responsibility for daily operations with a focus on ensuring efficient flow, high quality, and achieving set goals.

You act as the operational contact person for the team and serve as a vital link between employees and the Teamleader.

The position involves working according to a rotating schedule, including weekend work as part of regular hours.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prioritize, and distribute daily tasks and work orders
• Ensure production and picking targets are met
• Identify and handle bottlenecks in operations
• Coordinate workflow between stations and shifts
• Actively participate in warehouse work through picking, packing, goods receiving, loading, and restocking
• Serve as the operational contact person during your shift
• Introduce and support new employees in methods and routines
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health routines
• Work on continuous improvements in production, quality, and safety
• Document and report production results
• Ensure materials, packaging, and equipment are available
• Report deviations and act in case of operational disruptions

As needed, you also serve as backup for the Freight & Production Teamleader.

We are looking for you who:

• Have good knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics flows
• Thrive in a role that combines leadership with operational work
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• Are responsible and capable of making decisions in daily work
• Have a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety

Merits:

• Documented experience in leadership within warehousing or logistics
• Experience in e-commerce or large-scale warehouse operations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
