As a Construction Foreman, you will play a central role on the construction site, working on multidisciplinary projects. You will be responsible for both the practical work and ensuring the project adheres to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. You will regularly collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders on-site, while ensuring that work is carried out according to drawings, technical requirements, and quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman in the building industry
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• A valid driver's license (Category B)
