About the Role

As a Service Manager at Elajo Växjö, you will play a central role in our team. You will be responsible for leading and developing our service operations in an inspiring and secure manner. You will work closely with customers, employees, and suppliers to ensure high quality in the installation, service, and maintenance of electrical systems.

Your daily work is varied and involves leadership, project management, technical support, and business development within electrical installation. You will actively work to ensure both high customer satisfaction and a developing work climate within the team.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work for our installers and electricians.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects and service assignments – both administrative and technical aspects.
• Act as the contact person for customers, handling quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal routines for electrical installations.
• Drive the team's competence and business development together with the Department Manager.
• Support technical problem-solving and act as a sounding board for colleagues.
• Be responsible for upselling and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor economy, quality, environmental, and working environment requirements within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• Upper secondary education in electricity, with ECY certification.
• At least 5 years of experience as an electrician.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as foreman or service manager within electricity.
• Good ability to plan, organize, and drive multiple assignments in parallel.
• Experience in creating and nurturing customer relationships and driving business.
• Experience with administrative systems in the electricity industry is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
