About the Role

We are currently looking for a baker to join our team at Fabrique. This is a full-time position with immediate start available.

As a baker at Fabrique, you will work in the heart of our operations in a fast-paced environment that is physically demanding and requires high standards of precision and speed. However, you won't be alone – here you become part of a tight-knit team that enjoys working together and shares a passion for food, bread, and pastries! At Fabrique, details matter, which is why we bake everything from scratch using the highest quality ingredients.

Qualifications

We are looking for a trained baker with a burning passion for food, bread, and pastries. You should have a few years of experience in the profession, and previous experience with sourdough is a plus.

We are also looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has good physical stamina, and enjoys working with others. You appreciate details and take pride in your production.

About Fabrique

Fabrique Stone Oven Bakery was founded by Charlotta and David Zetterström in 2008. Since our inception, we have baked using pure, natural ingredients in a traditional, artisanal manner. Although Fabrique now operates in three countries with a total of over 30 shops and restaurants, we remain the local corner bakery. We truly love bread. Cinnamon buns, levain, rye sourdough, sesame toast, and croissants – the list never ends! The scent of freshly baked goods, the warm ovens, and everything that belongs to a neighborhood bakery.
