We are now looking for a Process Engineer for our recycling operations in Norrköping who wants to drive improvements, develop processes, and create value through a structured and analytical approach.

What you will do

As a Process Engineer within Recycling, you play a key role in developing and optimizing our processes to ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable operations. You work both operationally and strategically, combining practical work on-site with analysis, development work, and the implementation of improvement measures.

You will identify development opportunities in our processes, analyze data, and translate insights into concrete improvements. The role involves close collaboration with production, engineering, and other internal functions, where you contribute technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a long-term perspective on process development.

As a Process Engineer, you drive your own initiatives and projects, follow up on results, and ensure that new and existing routines function efficiently in operations. The work involves regular travel and presence at our facilities, giving you a varied daily routine with great insight into the business. You report to the Recycling Manager and are based in Norrköping.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have

  • A university or civil engineering degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a corresponding technical field.
  • Experience from process industry, process development, or similar operations.
  • Experience working with process improvements, development projects, or optimization of production processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven manner.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B).
