We are now looking for a Customer Receptionist for a growing company in Visby!

About the position

As a Customer Receptionist, you will become an important part of the daily operations and the company's face to the outside world. You are responsible for receiving customers, handling bookings and administrative tasks, and ensuring that every customer receives a professional and friendly reception.

You will work in a varied role with many points of contact where service, structure, and communication are in focus.

The role includes among other things:

  • Receiving and assisting customers at the reception
  • Handling bookings and scheduling
  • Administration and document management
  • Ongoing contact with customers and colleagues
  • Ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Working solution-oriented in daily tasks

We are looking for you who

You are driven, engaged, and have a strong desire to learn new things. Previous experience in the exact same role is not a requirement – we place great emphasis on personality, attitude, and the willingness to develop.

You thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility, work with people, and juggle many balls at the same time. We would like you to be service-oriented, structured, and have an easy time collaborating with others.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in customer service, administration, or similar work
  • Good computer skills and administrative ability
  • Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • A positive drive and willingness to develop

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a similar role or within administration/service.
