About the role

We are looking for an engaged and experienced care worker for our home care services in Nacka. This is a full-time position involving providing care, support, and services to elderly people in their own homes.

The work is performed according to a schedule, including day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends.

Responsibilities

As a care worker in home care, you will support our clients in their daily lives. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Personal care
• Assistance with hygiene and dressing
• Meal support
• Service tasks such as cleaning and shopping
• Social support, accompaniment, and walks
• Accompanying clients to appointments
• Documentation according to company routines

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is educated as a nurse assistant (undersköterska) or care aide
• Has previous experience working in home care
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a valid B-driver's license
• Is responsible, flexible, and provides good, adapted interaction with clients
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
