We are now looking for a Team Leader in Automation Technology for an exciting industrial company in development!

About the company

The company is a well-established Swedish industrial firm with extensive experience in developing and manufacturing customized automation solutions for the industry. About the role

As a Team Leader in Automation Technology, you will combine operational work in programming and automation with responsibility for leading and planning the daily work of the team. You will become a key link between production and daily operations, with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Plan, lead, and follow up on daily work
Work operationally with PLC and HMI programming
Support the team during testing and commissioning
Ensure that routines and safety regulations are followed
Collaborate with other departments and maintain ongoing communication
Contribute to improvement work and the development of working methods

The position is based during daytime hours with flexible working times, and travel may occur both within Sweden and internationally.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with experience in automation and industrial operations, as well as previous experience in a leadership role, such as team leader or group leader.

We believe that you:

Have knowledge of PLC, HMI, and drive systems
Have experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Starter
Are confident, responsible, and solution-oriented
Enjoy combining technology and leadership
Work in a structured manner and collaborate easily
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

Experience with other control systems and work with end customers is considered an asset.
