AFRY Industry is now looking for more competent employees in Umeå – Become part of the team!

To strengthen our continued expansion in the north, we need to expand our operations with more electrical designers. You will primarily work on projects and assignments within the defense and manufacturing industries. Your daily life and future with us are shaped by your competence, the customer's needs, as well as your personal ambition, development plan, and drive.

As a product-developing electrical designer with us, you will work with different parts of the development process across a broad technical area, where your task will be to design electrical systems in an innovative and professional manner.

Your tasks will include among other things:

• Selecting components and creating development specifications.
• Creating schematic designs and manufacturing documentation for cabling.
• Analyzing existing market components and subsystems.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that:

• You have an academic degree in electrical engineering, automation, electronic systems, or alternatively have corresponding work experience.
• You have experience from electrical design and/or product development. You feel confident in the selection of electrical components and can create electrical schematics.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, and hold a driver's license (Category B).
• You have experience with software such as E3-series, Eplan, or Elprocad.

As a person, you are:

• An inquisitive problem solver who likes new challenges.
• Structured and organized with good collaboration skills.

Meritorious if you have:

• Work experience within the automotive industry or are interested in motors and vehicles.
