Job Information

Professionals Nord is recruiting a Coordinator on behalf of Sonepar. This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Sonepar. Responsibilities

You will be based at Sonepar's establishment in Boden, where the work is centered around warehouse management. You will work closely with a dedicated team consisting of project managers, technical supervisors, and other coordinators. As a coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the daily flow of materials in the project. This role combines physical work with administrative tasks – all in an environment where structure and responsibility are paramount.

Examples of tasks include:

  • Inventory, check, and quality inspect incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Label, document, and follow up on deliveries.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics flows.
  • Drive materials using a wheel loader (training provided if needed).
  • Participate in building and optimizing on-site work routines and structures.

We are looking for you who

  • Have an interest in practical warehouse work and a natural aptitude for structure and efficiency.
  • Hold a valid Category B driver's license.
  • Previous experience from logistics, warehousing, or similar environments is an advantage.
  • Counterbalance forklift license and wheel loader license are advantageous.
