Do you want to work in a modern industrial environment where you help ensure stable and efficient production? We are now looking for a Field Operator for a fixed-term full-time position starting immediately.

About the role

As a Field Operator, you work close to the production process and play a key role in ensuring that operations run safely and efficiently. The role is varied, combining practical work in the facility with monitoring and follow-up of production.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting rounds and inspections of the facility
• Monitoring and controlling the production process
• Taking samples and performing simple laboratory tests
• Ensuring production runs according to plan
• Troubleshooting and reporting any operational disruptions
• Performing cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Contributing to a safe and efficient working environment

The work is performed in shifts according to a schedule, and you will become part of a team where collaboration and responsibility are central.

Duration and scope

• Start: Immediately
• Scope: Full-time
• Duration: Until the end of October
• Working hours: Shift work according to schedule

This is a fixed-term assignment where you will replace permanent staff, which means that leave during this period is limited.

We are looking for someone who is driven, responsible, and thrives in a dynamic industrial environment.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from industry, production, or process work
• Technical understanding and interest in production
• Industrial education or ongoing relevant education

You are detail-oriented, work well with others, and enjoy both practical and structured tasks.

Additional qualifications

• Forklift license (A and B)
• Previous experience in process industry or similar work
