About the Role

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for machining and producing aluminum components in our workshop. You will work independently and take ownership of your machine and results. This is a broad role where you are expected to both run production and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating CNC machines
• Machining aluminum profiles and components
• Programming and adjusting programs
• Quality control and measurement
• Maintenance and care of machinery
• Contributing to continuous improvements in production

We are looking for you who

• Have experience with CNC machining – experience with aluminum is a plus
• Are accustomed to working independently and taking personal responsibility
• Have a good understanding of tolerances and quality requirements
• Are meticulous, organized, and solution-oriented
• Thrive in a workshop environment with a high tempo
