About the job
We are looking for a requirements analyst who also has experience working with testing. The position is primarily located within the product area that manages the dispatch of letters from the entire agency, as well as case management that handles incoming documents for the entire agency, but you may also work in other areas within the IT department.
As a requirements analyst at the Swedish Transport Agency, you participate in the development of efficient, smart, and sustainable IT solutions for society. You will become a valuable part of an agile development team where we work broadly – from requirements analysis, design, and implementation to testing, test automation, and automated deployments. You will primarily be responsible for ensuring the entire requirements process works, but we also have a need for support in the testing area, which means you will sometimes work with testing.
The work involves business-critical systems, and you will have a central role in the development and management of the Swedish Transport Agency's system solutions. Right now, we are in a very exciting phase with several major ongoing programs and assignments, including a comprehensive modernization of the road traffic register.

You will
- Work in teams with operational assignments or projects.
- Lead and participate in workshops together with the client organization.
- Be the information link between the client and the IT department.
- Review and quality-assure requirements-related documentation.
- Ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are formulated in a way that makes them developable and testable, clear, prioritized, and understood.
- Support testing and quality assurance work through requirements validation and review of test cases.
- Together with testers, create, conduct, and analyze test outcomes, evaluate, and report test results.
You must have
- An academic education in the IT field of at least 2 years, or knowledge acquired in other ways that we assess as equivalent.
- Current work experience in requirements work, primarily focused on IT, of at least 4 years.
- Experience working with testing.
- Experience working with use cases.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you also have
- Experience with some method for requirements management according to IREB and/or REQB.
- Experience leading workshops.
- Experience working with process and information models.
- Experience with system administration and/or agile system development.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.

More information
The employment is permanent with placement in Örebro. Appointment according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. The role implies that you need to be able to be on-site at the office regularly during the week to the extent the business requires, and that in the event of remote work, you can quickly get to the office if needed. It is the business's needs and the nature of the tasks that determine if and to what extent this is possible. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security investigation with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our security-class tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
