In the area of elderly care, we are now looking for a nursing assistant or care aide for home care services in Nås. About the position

You will work with varied tasks where you create security and a meaningful existence for our users. The work involves varying hours, including day and evening shifts, as well as weekdays and weekends.

Your responsibilities

• Provide care, support, and service, as well as personal care based on needs assessments.
• Work preventively during the performance of daily tasks.
• Document in the operational system.
• Work based on time-managed planning.
• Create a safe and meaningful existence in ordinary housing.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Nursing assistant education or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Good proficiency with phone and computer.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

A valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register must be provided before employment.

Preferred qualifications

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Knowledge and experience of documentation.
• Knowledge and experience of working based on time-managed planning.
• Experience of working in healthcare with similar assignments.
