Main responsibilities

As a Star Assist, you are the hub of the operation and the first person to greet our guests in the car showroom. You are responsible for creating a warm and professional welcome and ensuring that every customer receives the right help from the start.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right person
• Coordinating customer flow in the showroom and ensuring a good customer experience
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting the sales and service teams in their daily work
• Contributing to high customer satisfaction and a pleasant environment throughout the facility

The role also includes administrative and practical tasks related to daily operations.

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and social, with a natural ability to make people feel welcome. You thrive in a role where the pace is fast and where you have many points of contact.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in service roles, such as reception, hotel, or similar
• Be solution-oriented and have a positive attitude
• Be confident in handling multiple tasks at once
• Be communicative and have an easy time collaborating with others
• Have good computer skills

A category B driver's license is required. You must be proficient in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.

Employment type, scope, location

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period. The location is Bilia in Luleå.
