We are looking for someone who can understand our customers' challenges and translate them into the right strategic choices and solutions.

Your role with us

You play a key role in serving our customers on their AI maturity journey, from strategy to implementation. You move seamlessly between strategic consulting and practical execution. Behind you, you have both our regional and national Softhouse AI team as a support network.

• Strategy & Business: You help customers navigate the AI landscape, make the right prioritizations, and translate business needs into smart solutions.

• From PoC to Production: You build everything from agents and data strategies to full-scale solutions in Computer Vision or Generative AI.

• Inspiration & Expertise: You draw strength from our existing AI team and share your passion with colleagues and customers. You spread knowledge locally through workshops and lectures.

Who are you?

You are a social technologist with high consulting professionalism. You thrive in dialogue with both executive boards and developers, driven by seeing technical solutions create value in the real world.

We believe you have:

• Experience in several areas of AI/ML, such as classical machine learning, generative AI, recommendation systems, or computer vision, and are comfortable diving into new technologies and methods when needed.

• Several years of experience driving AI projects from theory to final deployment in various types of organizations.

• Practical experience with various types of AI/ML solutions – such as predictive models, generative AI, or computer vision – and are accustomed to using modern tools and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or LangChain.

• You enjoy explaining complex technology in an understandable way to both executive boards and developers, in both Swedish and English.
