At this state-of-the-art facility, you and your colleagues manufacture life-saving medicines. The products manufactured here are mainly used in three treatment areas: intensive care, hemophilia, and immune system diseases. Production experience is a plus, but not a requirement. You can come from, for example, preschool, healthcare, or the restaurant industry and fit in perfectly!

Job Responsibilities

Here, after thorough on-site training, you are expected to independently work with various parts of large-scale pharmaceutical production in cleanrooms. You will manage the tasks if you are methodical, detail-oriented, and interested. You will also spend longer periods in cleanrooms, so you need to be able to concentrate for longer periods without nicotine. You will be trained on-site and will need to follow clear instructions and methods according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Working Hours

The position involves shift work. Therefore, you need to be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends according to the schedule.

Requirements

We have no requirements that you have previously worked in process industry or as a process operator, but you must possess the following:

• Flawless Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Ability and willingness to work in a sterile environment.
• Ability to work shifts (morning, evening, night).
• Curiosity and professional pride.
• Ability to maintain concentration over longer periods.
• Clean criminal record.

Merits

• Previous production work (food/pharmaceuticals).
• Professional experience with hygiene requirements.
