Are you dexterous, practical, and interested in varied assembly work? Then this job is for you! We are currently looking for experienced and meticulous assemblers for our client in Spånga, who manufactures custom-made products for computers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and manufacturing and who values quality over quantity. You are a person who takes initiative, sees what needs to be done, and is ready to tackle tasks. Your assignment is part of our staffing business, meaning you will be employed by Yourstaff but work at our client's premises. You will be part of a fantastic and competent team with a relaxed atmosphere. Working hours are full-time, daytime Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

Job Description

You will work with the manufacturing of the company's products. The role requires you to be quality-focused and very meticulous, as you will be assembling sensitive components. You should have a good understanding of technology and assembly experience. It is important that you can read, understand, and follow instructions, and that you have knowledge of using quality tools. You have a strong sense of responsibility, are disciplined, stress-resistant, and able to work both independently and in a structured manner. Close collaboration with the team is crucial for a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

As a consultant, you are an ambassador for Yourstaff and a key part of the operation. In the role of assembler, you will perform varied tasks where you assemble, analyze, test, and package products. You will work according to drawings and instructions. You will undergo internal training that provides you with instruction in all areas of responsibility, from assembly to finished product.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Refilling products in accordance with the instructions, standards, and guidelines provided by the supervisor.
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet specified quality and quality standards.
• Following established processes.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in assembly or similar work.
• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings.
• You are meticulous and dexterous.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Education

• Upper secondary education with a focus on production, industry, or equivalent technical education is an advantage.
