Job Description
In the role of Sales Representative at Marcus Components, you have overall responsibility for the business. You combine proactive new customer acquisition with technical project management and marketing. We are looking for someone who is driven and goal-oriented; you take initiative and work independently towards set sales targets. You possess a strong inner drive and thrive in a high-performance environment where success is measured by clear KPIs such as revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Your tasks are varied and span the entire chain – from first contact to technical delivery:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and process new customers as well as develop existing customer relationships.
- Plan and conduct customer visits, both physically and digitally.
- Create price calculations, prepare offers, and drive business processes to closure.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs, and participate in budgeting and forecasting.
Technical Project Management & Customer Responsibility
- Lead and manage projects to ensure quality during new product introductions.
- Act as a customer representative and advocate for our customers' interests internally.
- Collaborate closely with internal functions such as engineering, production, and logistics.
- Handle work in customer portals and manage customer contact in case of any delivery deviations.
Marketing & Representation
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
- Responsible for ongoing updates of our website and social media channels.
- Work actively with the company's marketing to strengthen our brand.
Qualifications
We are looking for a communicative and business-minded person who thrives with significant personal responsibility. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Very good knowledge of English and Swedish in both speech and writing, as English is used daily in our customer interactions.
- Experience in technical sales or project management within the industry.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Ability to build long-term trust with customers.
- Knowledge of APQP and quality assurance is a plus but not a requirement.
