Main Responsibilities

As a Store Associate, you will take significant personal responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked, that our store is clean and tidy, and handle customer payments. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, profitable sales, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will become an important part of the chain leading to an inspiring store experience. We are a wonderful team working together at Eurocash in Långflon Shopping Center, and we are now looking for you who want to join our team. The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Naturally, we offer wages according to the collective agreement.

What We Expect

Liking to work with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. To thrive with us, you should also be good at working in a team, be meticulous, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the big picture. We preferably see that you have completed upper secondary education, preferably within trade and service. Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is an advantage.
