Information about the position

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Legosan, is recruiting a Qualified Person (QP). Legosan is a Swedish company that develops and manufactures dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals with high quality requirements and a strong focus on sustainability, quality, and customer benefit.

This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process is handled through Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Legosan.

Responsibilities

As a QP, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that operations meet current quality and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with various parts of the organization and active work to develop and ensure efficient quality processes.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring GMP compliance
• Reviewing and releasing batch documentation
• Maintenance and further development of the company's quality system
• Handling deviations, CAPA, and change control cases
• Planning, conducting, and following up on internal and external audits
• Creating and updating governing documents, routines, and processes
• Being a qualified support to the organization in quality and regulatory matters

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant academic education in pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, or another natural science field that meets the requirements to act as a Qualified Person
• Has experience from the pharmaceutical industry and work in GMP-regulated operations
• Has experience in quality work, QA, validation, and production.
• Has a very good understanding of regulatory requirements and quality systems
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Previous experience as a QP or in batch release is advantageous, but we also welcome candidates with the right educational background and experience who wish to develop into the role.
