As Unit Manager for Power Analysis at Ringhals, you lead a team of specialists and create the conditions for jointly developing a safe and sustainable power plant.

To achieve our goal, we need engaged employees who want to work for one of Sweden's largest electricity producers while contributing to fossil-free electricity production.

About the Job

The unit is responsible, among other things, for the design and analysis of Ringhals' power plant. The assignment includes defining requirements and specifications for changes in the plant, analyzing and simulating the interaction between the nuclear power plant and the national grid, and conducting investigations to ensure a reliable and disturbance-resistant facility.

The unit currently consists of eight employees and a number of consultants.

  • Ensure the right competence and resources, both in the short and long term.
  • Actively contribute to management group work to develop operations and achieve common goals.

Requirements

About You

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Experience leading teams or driving technical work.
  • A university or civil engineering degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience from nuclear power or other relevant process industry, energy sector, or power systems.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in project management or project work.
  • Experience or education in power systems.

Leadership Profile Description

We are looking for you who are a secure and engaging leader who creates structure, clarity, and good collaborations. You build trusting relationships and motivate both new and experienced employees to develop and take responsibility.

You drive the work forward and are comfortable making decisions, even when conditions change. At the same time, you are receptive to your employees' perspectives and needs.

In your leadership, you combine clear direction with trust in the team's competence. You create engagement and a secure work environment where people thrive and develop.
