This assignment involves physical work at various construction and demolition sites where you will perform demolition work, material removal, and remediation according to given instructions and safety procedures. The job requires practical experience, familiarity with tools, and high work capacity — grit — as well as the ability to work safely and efficiently in varying environments.

• Manual and machine demolition of building components and installations
• Dismantling, sorting, and loading of waste and recyclable materials
• Remediation and preparatory work for reconstruction according to guidelines
• Use and maintenance of hand tools and power tools (saws, drills, sandpaper, etc.)
• Safe handling of heavy lifts and work with aids such as dollies, cranes, or forklifts where required
• Follow site safety regulations, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report deviations
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure schedule and quality

• Practical experience in demolition and remediation work or similar construction work
• Good proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Physical endurance and ability to work at a high pace under demanding conditions
• Grit — you take responsibility, complete tasks, and maintain focus even when it gets tough
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment
• Good communication skills in Swedish orally; written Swedish for documentation is an advantage

• Experience with asbestos remediation or other specific remediation methods
• Certificates for hot work, forklift license, or other relevant training
• Category B driver's license
• Previous work in contracting, demolition, or construction
