As a Meeting Booker at Reliable, you focus on the Norwegian market and are responsible for creating new business opportunities for some of the most exciting companies in the Nordics. Through phone calls, digital tools, and modern AI support, you contact decision-makers and book high-quality meetings for our clients.

You work towards clear targets, track your results, and receive continuous coaching to develop both individually and as part of the team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Contacting decision-makers on the Norwegian market
• Booking qualified meetings for our clients
• Working towards individual and team goals
• Ensuring high quality in client interactions
• Documenting and following up on activities in the CRM system

Person Profile

We believe you have:

• Fluent Norwegian in both speech and writing
• Strong communication skills
• Strong self-drive and high work ethic

• Ability to handle a fast pace

Experience in sales, meeting booking, customer service, or competitive sports is considered an asset.

• Start: According to agreement
• Scope: Full-time or part-time
• Working hours: Office hours, flexible between 08:00–17:00
• Location: Stockholm, Malmö, or Söderhamn
