Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an employee for our client located just outside Falkenberg. This is a combined position as Welder/Painter where the work is divided approximately 50/50 between welding and painting. Working hours are during daytime, Monday to Friday.

Welding

As a welder, you will work with the manufacturing of sheet metal products where MIG welding is the primary method. You will become part of our welding team and work closely with our two current welders. The role also involves serving as an important resource and backup in the operations.

Painting

In the painting department, you are responsible for several steps in the process to ensure high quality on our finished products. Tasks include:

• Washing products in a spray washer
• Sanding and filling
• Painting in our wet paint facility
• Maintenance and care of the facility, including filter changes and equipment care

You work closely with our current painter and contribute to maintaining efficient production and a high quality level.

Background and Personal Attributes

We are looking for you who have welding training or documented experience in welding, preferably with experience in MIG welding. You have good drawing comprehension and feel confident working independently while also appreciating collaboration with colleagues. As a person, you are:

Previous experience in painting or surface treatment is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your willingness to learn and develop in the role.
