SiS LVM Home Hessleby, located in a beautiful forest setting just outside Mariannelund, admits men with alcohol, drug, or poly-substance abuse. We have special competence in receiving clients with mental health issues or aggressive behavior. Our mission is to provide care for clients with special care needs.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you work closely with both clients and colleagues from various professions. You are part of our health and medical care team, working alongside nurses, psychologists, and doctors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing clients' physical and mental health.
• Managing medication and participating in rounds.
• Contributing to treatment planning and team meetings.
• Supporting treatment staff with health and medical care issues.
• Documenting, coordinating care efforts, and conducting health conversations.

New employees undergo SiS basic training.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a registered nurse.
• Has strong prioritization skills and can work independently.
• Thrives in collaboration with different professions.
• Has a good attitude towards others and communicates clearly.
• Has a B-driver's license and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience from addiction care, psychiatry, or the medical record system TakeCare is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.
