With continued growth in Sweden, TIP Group is now looking for an experienced refrigeration mechanic for the operations in Helsingborg.

About the position

As a refrigeration mechanic at TIP Group, you will become an important part of the workshop team, responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of transport refrigeration systems. The role is varied and combines practical mechanical work with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.

The work is carried out in a dynamic environment where quality, customer service, and technical expertise are in focus. For the right person, this offers a developmental position with significant autonomy and good opportunities for growth within the company.

The duties include, among other things:

• Installation of transport refrigeration systems
• Service and preventive maintenance of refrigeration units
• Repair and troubleshooting of transport refrigeration systems
• Service for both TIP Group's own vehicle fleet and external customers
• Diagnosis and technical troubleshooting
• Documentation of completed work
• Participation in on-call duties according to schedule

We are looking for you who

To succeed in the role, TIP Group is looking for a person with experience working with refrigeration systems and a strong technical interest. The person works in a structured manner, is quality-conscious, and enjoys solving technical problems in everyday work.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a refrigeration mechanic, refrigeration installer, or refrigeration technician
• Good technical knowledge in the service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems
• Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility
• Category B driver's license is required
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• F-gas category 1 personal certificate
• Experience with Thermo King and Carrier systems
• Experience from the transport industry
• C or CE driver's license
• Good knowledge of English
