We are now looking for an experienced HVAC service technician for our client in Malmö!

Your responsibilities

• Perform minor installations, service, and maintenance of ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair ventilation plants, units, duct systems, and control equipment.
• Measure, balance, and optimize ventilation systems for improved energy efficiency and operational reliability.
• Document completed work, report deviations, and update technical documentation.
• Ensure that documentation complies with current internal and external requirements.
• Maintain daily contact with customers and contribute to long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues, project managers, and other technicians to solve technical challenges.

Your background/Personal qualities

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a few years of experience in ventilation service, installation, or operation, along with a good understanding of ventilation systems, airflows, and HVAC-related work. You have experience with measurement, balancing, and troubleshooting, and are accustomed to working in digital systems for documentation and control. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

As a person, you are service-oriented and have an easy time building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues. You work independently, take initiative, and have a structured and responsible work approach. You thrive in an environment where you have significant autonomy in planning your workdays and service cases. Furthermore, you have a strong technical interest, good problem-solving skills, and enjoy a role with varied tasks and a fast pace. Experience with OVK-related work, ventilation control, energy optimization, building automation, or technical education in HVAC and ventilation is considered a merit.
