As a Licensed Psychologist at Falck, you work consultatively and tailor-made for our customers, providing support to managers, contact persons, and employees. You deliver services both digitally and physically to local and national customers across a variety of industries; private and public sectors, large and small operations, which gives the role an interesting breadth. The main focus is on conducting interventions at the individual level, but also a significant portion of assignments at the group and organizational level in the form of, for example, assessments, training, and group supervision. You work cross-functionally together with occupational physicians, occupational nurses, physiotherapists, rehab coordinators, etc., who work in synergy with our customers and their employees to achieve good results.

Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Full-time (100%) starting in October. Working hours are weekdays, holidays excluded, 8-17.
The position may involve travel, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to a personal car.
