About the Role

Do you want to help develop future dental care and contribute to increased accessibility for patients? We are now looking for an engaged and structured Operations Manager for our Mobile Clinic.

The Mobile Clinic makes it possible to offer dental care close to the patient, for example, within child dental care and at nursing homes in rural areas.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a start date of 2026-09-01 or as agreed. The place of work is Sollefteå/Kramfors or Örnsköldsvik, to be determined in dialogue with the recruiting manager.

Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager for our Mobile Clinic, you have a central role in ensuring a well-functioning operation in the field in close collaboration with the Unit Manager. You are responsible for the daily operations of the Mobile Clinic. Among other things, you will work with:

• Being the contact person for the various units.
• Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the Mobile Clinic.
• Ensuring that equipment and materials are available and functioning.
• Working with quality, working environment, and improvement initiatives.
• Supporting and mentoring staff assigned to the Mobile Clinic.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is educated as a Dental Hygienist (Tandsköterska)
• Has at least two years of work experience as a Dental Hygienist
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a valid B-driver's license
