CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues for Södertälje.

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old.

• Have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

• Hold a B driver's license or a moped license.

• Enjoy physical work.

• Are comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car).

It is an advantage if you have a B driver's license or a moped license. It is also an advantage if you have experience from similar work, but your background is not the most important factor for us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does the workday look like?

The operations are open on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00–16:30.

• The workday begins with preparing for the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and parcels.

• Afterwards, the delivery takes place within the assigned area. We primarily use electric bikes during delivery, but you may also use a moped car or a regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.

• Once all letters and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office to wrap up with administration and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues.

Employment type

The position is an hourly-based employment, where each shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scopes, depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time hours during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an introduction.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 SEK (incl. 12% holiday pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excl. 12% holiday pay).
