At Lernia, we are currently looking for a Installer/Montör for assignments in Saltsjö-Boo and the greater Stockholm area. Are you experienced in installation work, handy, and enjoy working with interior design and custom carpentry? The company values quality, safety, and good customer contact, maintaining long-term relationships. The client works with holistic solutions within interior design and custom carpentry. Currently, 15 people work at the company, and the employees have extensive experience in installation, manufacturing, and construction. This is initially a staffing assignment, with the intention that the employment will transition to the client.

About the Role

The role involves performing installation, fine carpentry, and special works in the Stockholm area. You will work in a team and report to the Project Manager. The work is physical but highly varied and detailed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing work according to drawings and work instructions
• Collaborating with foremen and colleagues to maintain schedules
• Following current occupational health and safety regulations
• Performing quality control and reporting deviations
• Maintaining order and caring for tools and materials

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in installation or construction work, specializing in custom carpentry and interior design
• Knowledge of reading drawings and construction processes
• Relevant vocational education and at least 5 years of documented experience
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to follow control plans to ensure the project's quality plan is met
• Very proficient with hand tools and machinery
