As a warehouse worker responsible for packing and picking at Lernia in Mönsterås, you will join a team that highly values precision, speed, and collaboration. Immediate start available, running until mid-August with the possibility of extension!

About the Role

You will work with order picking, packing, and preparation for distribution according to given instructions. The role also includes product control, handling of fillers and packaging, as well as reporting discrepancies. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, and you finish at lunchtime on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Pick items according to order lines and pick lists
• Pack and prepare deliveries for dispatch
• Label and sort packages while ensuring correct documentation
• Operate forklifts (limited scope)

About You

We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys physical work. You work independently but also appreciate teamwork to achieve common goals.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Previous experience in warehouse, picking, or packing work
• Basic computer skills and experience with scanning equipment are meritorious
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious Qualifications

• Forklift license (A/B) and experience with forklift operation
• Experience with picking systems
• Experience with booking systems regarding transport

The client operates within logistics/distribution and offers a secure work environment focused on safety and development.
