Our client, OTM Energi & Bygg, is now looking for a Lead Electrician for their operations, which are in an exciting growth phase. Here you will have the opportunity to take a key role in a company working with future energy solutions within solar energy, energy storage, and energy efficiency.

About the Role

As a Lead Electrician, you will have a central role in the operations where you are responsible for leading and coordinating a team of approximately 5–7 electricians. You ensure that projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality, while also contributing to the development of both the business and the employees.

The role involves close collaboration with designers, the sales organization, and other parties, where you act as the link between planning and execution. You work in a rapidly developing industry and get to be part of driving this development forward. At the same time, you will be involved in driving installations within areas such as energy storage, solar cell systems, energy sharing, and other modern energy systems.

Responsibilities

In the role of Lead Electrician, you will among other things:

• Lead, plan, and distribute work for a team of electricians
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Be responsible for occupational health and safety issues and contribute to the company's systematic work environment work (SAM)
• Ensure that self-inspections and documentation are performed according to current requirements
• Coordinate materials and resources at work sites
• Contribute to competence development and coaching of employees

About You

We are looking for you who have a solid background as an electrician and want to take the next step in your career, or who already work in a leading role today. You thrive taking responsibility, creating structure, and motivating others, while having a strong technical interest in technical development.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as an electrician
• Good understanding of electrical installations and technical systems
• ECY certificate
• Category B driver's license

Personal Qualities

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have an easy time structuring daily work and have a natural ability to build trust. You enjoy working closely with both customers and colleagues while being a driven person.
