Job Description

We are now looking for careful and engaged machine operators for a process industry with 24/7 production! You will work with the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production equipment in a highly automated facility. The role places high demands on technical understanding, precision, and teamwork.

Your responsibilities will include among other things:

• Monitoring and adjusting machines during ongoing production
• Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical disruptions
• Quality control of the final product
• Participation in improvement work and preventive maintenance
• Work on day, evening, and night shifts

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Upper secondary education in technology/industry or equivalent experience
• Good technical understanding and interest in machines and processes
• Experience with shift work in production is an advantage
• High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
