Our unique construction method guarantees high quality and a final result that receives top marks. We build all our houses indoors, in a dry and safe environment. When everything is built under one roof, we can also keep track of every detail and component, ensure quality at all stages, and deliver everything on schedule.

This has resulted in long-standing customer relationships, not least with municipalities across the country and expanding e-commerce companies.

About the Roles

We are now looking for employees for our factory in Hjältevad. Over the past few years, we have jointly developed working methods, carried out investments, and improved the working environment. To continue this development, we are now seeking several employees.

• We are looking for employees for our manufacturing department, where we produce walls, floor joists, gables, and more.
• We are also looking for carpenters to handle interior fittings in small house volumes.

At Hjältevadshus, we love building small houses. In our volume house production in Hjältevad, we complete most of the houses indoors. We build the houses in premises where working environment and safety are important areas. Varying staffing levels, holidays, etc., make it natural to work in several different production areas over time.

Competence and Experience

To succeed in the roles in our production, you enjoy working physically. You need to be able to read and understand production materials in the form of drawings and instructions in Swedish.

• As a carpenter, documented knowledge and/or education is required.
• For other employees, you have previous experience in the industry, or a strong desire to learn a practical trade.

Personal Qualities

You enjoy working practically and find joy in collaborating with others. You are unpretentious and curious as a person. You are driven by developing both working methods and collaborations in your work.
