Bartender at Oense

We are looking for a bartender who wants to help develop a brand new bar at Oense in central Östersund – a restaurant where traditional Swedish home cooking meets international influences, and where we work purposefully to create an environment that feels both thoughtful and relaxed.

About the role

As a bartender at Oense, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and serving drinks with precision, flair, and rhythm
• Providing guests with a professional, personal, and welcoming reception
• Maintaining order and structure in the bar even under high pressure
• Contributing to the overall experience in the restaurant – not just in the glass
• Collaborating closely with service and kitchen staff for a seamless service flow

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from the bar scene and moves effortlessly between the tap and the shaker.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality
• Has a sense for taste, details, and presentation
• Is social, confident, and enjoys working with people
• Is unpretentious but proud of their craft
• Wants to be part of opening a completely new bar in Östersund.
