The role of Operations Manager is a key position at MIAB, working together with our local organization to ensure that we continue to deliver excellent service to our steadily growing customer base.

About the Role

In the role of Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the daily operations of your area, including personnel, customer relations, economy, and quality. The role involves leading group leaders and cleaning staff towards set goals within the framework of MIAB's business concept, values, and quality requirements.

You ensure that services are delivered according to contract and quality standards to our customers on a daily basis. You maintain continuous dialogue with customers for check-ins, follow up on contracts, and drive upselling with the aim of optimizing our delivery and profitability. You lead and follow up on personnel and support your group leaders in matters regarding operations, cleaning staff, planning, and recruitment. The role also includes responsibility for following collective agreements and labor law guidelines regarding working environment, rehabilitation, and other personnel matters. The position also involves some travel within the operations area to visit and follow up with customers and staff.

Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• Experience in leadership, personnel responsibility, or a supervisory role over a team
• Experience in economy-related work with budget responsibility, invoicing, and follow-up
• Experience in customer-facing work, such as as customer responsibility, sales, or service
• Good computer skills in MS Office and preferably experience with systems for time reporting, scheduling, and invoice management
• High school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license for passenger cars
• Previous experience from facility service and cleaning is an advantage
