About the job as Process Operator

As a Process Operator, you will work in a production environment focused on safe operation, quality, and efficiency. You will work both independently and in teams, responsible for following routines and contributing to continuous improvements in production.

You will mainly work with:

• Process control and monitoring in production systems
• Work in business and production systems (SAP, Aditro, AXXOS, etc.)
• Forklift driving as needed in production
• Safety work and participation in improvement processes (e.g., BBS, ALPS, Tier meetings)
• Operator maintenance, fault reporting, and equipment cleaning
• Handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished products with a focus on quality

The person we are looking for

We are looking for you who are structured, responsible, and have good experience in process manufacturing. You thrive in a role where you need to make your own decisions while collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements for the position

• Forklift license A1-4 and B1
• Category B driver's license
• Experience in process manufacturing or industrial production
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English in speech
• Experience working in business and production systems (e.g., SAP and Office suite)
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good teamwork skills and experience in team work
• Structured problem-solving skills

Merits

• Experience with LEAN/ALPS or similar improvement work
• Access to a car
• Experience working in safety-critical production
