About the job

We are looking for an employee for our casting department as well as our finishing department. You are welcomed into a lovely group where you will have the opportunity to create added value for the entire operation.

In this role, all parts of the casting process alternate with the finishing of our products. We are in an exciting development phase and are looking for you who want to help develop both the team, our routines, and our workflows. As part of our casting and finishing department, you work closely with other production staff to develop and optimize all of the company's different processes.

The position involves many parts and we will train you along the way. Our goal is always that several people possess important basic knowledge so that we can always help each other.

The work is scheduled on weekdays, full-time between 07:00–16:00. You will work from the production facility in Bergkvara.

About you

You who apply should have a great interest in craftsmanship and small machines, and you should identify with the characteristics of being lively, engaged, having a willingness to take responsibility, and enjoying development. You appreciate being part of a team and like cooperation to achieve common goals.

As a person, we would like you to be responsible, flexible, and able to handle changing situations calmly. You communicate clearly and are open to feedback. Furthermore, you dare to come up with ideas and like to find solutions. It is important that you are careful and structured, with an eye for both important details and the whole in your work.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Your qualifications

Requirements:

• Final grade from upper secondary education
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

Good to know

The employment is a fixed-term contract for one year with good chances of extension and permanent employment. Start date by agreement and individual salary setting.
