Building Engineer at Thule Fastighetsutveckling – Temporary position until Summer 2027

Due to parental leave, Thule Fastighetsutveckling is looking for a Building Engineer until the summer of 2027. You will become an important part of our team and have the opportunity to work on several exciting construction projects in Stockholm and the surrounding area.

About the role

As a Building Engineer, you will be a key member of the project team and work closely with colleagues, clients, and contractors. The role is varied and suits you if you enjoy switching between technical design work and on-site supervision.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in building technology or equivalent
• Experience from the construction industry and design work
• Good knowledge of Archicad
• Experience from working on construction sites

You enjoy the pace of the construction process, thrive in close dialogue with clients, consultants, and contractors, and gain energy from managing multiple projects simultaneously.
