Job Responsibilities

We are now strengthening our team at the Rehabilitation Unit in Mönsterås Municipality and are looking for you who are a registered physiotherapist.

You will join a tight-knit and competent work group consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants who enjoy working together and strive to deliver high-quality rehabilitation. Here we work close to the patients, both in special housing and in ordinary housing. This provides genuine continuity and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's daily lives.

The work takes place in cross-professional teams where you collaborate daily with occupational therapists, assistance administrators, unit managers, nurses, and care staff. No day is like the other; the variation is great, and you encounter everything from acute injuries to long-term functional improvements.

Qualifications

• Registered physiotherapist.
• Category B driver's license (required).
• Experience from municipal rehabilitation or elderly care is meritorious, but we also welcome recent graduates. We will give you a secure start.
• You have a rehabilitative and salutogenic approach, thrive in teams, and are passionate about developing both yourself and the operations.
• Great importance is placed on personal suitability, meaning engagement, solution-focus, and good teamwork skills weigh heavily.

Employment Terms

Type of Employment: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.
Start Date: According to agreement.

Individual salary setting applies. Salary range: 35,000 - 50,000 SEK/month. The salary is set based on your combined experience and competence.
