You must also be capable of working independently in the customer's home. Our customers should feel that they are at the center of our service, as we are a home care agency that always starts from the customer's needs and wishes. As care staff, you will primarily work with nursing and personal care. Our "Cleaning Patrol" handles cleaning. Laundry and grocery shopping are managed by the "Internal Service Unit".

Education in care and support, work experience within home care, and a valid driver's license are meritorious. We require good proficiency in Swedish.
