Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with the project manager on both large-scale infrastructure projects and urban development projects. You are a key part of the project management team and actively contribute to ensuring structure, quality, and progress in our assignments.

In this role, you support the project manager in daily operations, for example through:

• Schedule planning
• Quality assurance work
• Developing budget estimates and ongoing economic follow-up
• Coordination of requirements, risks, and quality
• Planning and coordination of deliverables

You plan and participate in both internal and external meetings, document and follow up on decisions, and collaborate with the project team and our clients to drive projects forward.

For those with a strong interest in project management and personal drive, this role offers excellent opportunities for development, where you can gradually take on greater responsibility and lead your own initiatives. At the same time, you will gain broad insight into various technical fields and the complexity involved in societal construction projects.

Within the Project Management section, approximately fifty engaged team players work with a passion for technology and project management. We lead design assignments in all stages and have a broad competence base consisting of project managers, project engineers, and project controllers. Together, we work systematically with requirements, risk, and quality coordination to ensure efficient, sustainable, and high-quality deliverables in our projects.

Qualifications

• University degree or Civil Engineer in societal construction, industrial economics, or similar
• New to the industry or have a few years of experience as a project engineer or designer
• Structured, driven, and responsible with good collaboration skills
• Ability to follow up on issues, take initiative, and contribute to project development
• Interest in technology and project management
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
