On behalf of our client, Miljonbemanning is now looking for an experienced and service-oriented cleaner for a full-time position starting during week 31.

The client is an established international player in workplace and facility services, helping companies and organizations create clean, safe, and functional environments. The operation is characterized by clear working methods, high quality requirements, and a strong focus on service, sustainability, and working environment.

As a cleaner, you will become an important part of the client's daily operations. Through your work, you contribute to maintaining high standards in the premises, ensuring that employees, visitors, and customers are met with a clean, pleasant, and professional environment.

As a cleaner, you are responsible for performing daily cleaning and other common cleaning tasks according to established routines, instructions, and quality requirements.

The work can be performed in various types of business premises and requires you to be able to work both independently and together with colleagues.

The role includes, among other things:

• Performing daily cleaning of business premises.
• Cleaning floors, work surfaces, common areas, and staff rooms.
• Cleaning and restocking supplies in toilets and hygiene areas.
• Emptying trash bins and handling waste according to current routines.
• Using cleaning equipment, machines, and detergents correctly and safely.
• Following work instructions, hygiene requirements, and safety routines.
• Checking the quality of your own work.
• Reporting deviations, material needs, or any faults in the premises.
• Collaborating with management, colleagues, and other staff.
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and well-functioning working environment.

The job suits you if you are meticulous, reliable, and accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks. You need to be able to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality throughout the workday.

• Has at least a couple of years of documented experience working as a cleaner.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Can understand and follow written and oral work instructions.
• Has experience in professional cleaning and common cleaning methods.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious.
• Is punctual and has a high work ethic.
• Can work independently and take initiative.
• Has good teamwork skills and a professional attitude.
• Is service-oriented and contributes to a positive working environment.
• Has the physical ability required to work in cleaning for a full workday.

It is an advantage if you have completed training in cleaning, such as SRY or PRYL. Experience with machine cleaning, floor care, or cleaning in larger business premises is also considered an advantage.

This is a temp assignment via Miljonbemanning.

The position is full-time with a location in Malmö. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:30.

The assignment starts during week 31. Before the start of the assignment, a two-day paid introduction and training will take place on Thursday and Friday of the preceding week. Therefore, it is important that you are available for both the introduction and the start of the assignment.

The work is performed on-site at the client's location, and you are expected to follow the client's routines, working methods, and quality requirements.
