About the role

Ikett is now looking for a Service Technician/Master Mechanic who wants to take on a key role with our client near Kristianstad! Do you want to combine practical work with planning and leadership? Then you might be the right person for us! This is a varied role where you split your time between practical workshop work and the Master Mechanic role. Approximately half the time you work yourself with service, troubleshooting, and repairs, while the other half consists of planning, coordinating, and supporting operations in the workshop and out in the field. As a Service Technician, you will work with: - Service and repair of agricultural machinery and implements - Mechanical troubleshooting and repair - Troubleshooting in electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems - Computer-based diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern diagnostic tools - Repair welding and preventive maintenance - Working both in the workshop and out at customer sites in the local area As a Master Mechanic, you are responsible for, among other things: - Planning and distributing tasks in the workshop - Coordinating service assignments and field work - Serving as a technical support for the service technicians - Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and suppliers - Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and with high quality - Contributing to the development of routines and working methods Working hours: Daytime. Your profile

We believe you have experience as a mechanic or service technician within agriculture, construction, trucking, or other heavy vehicles and machinery. You have a good technical understanding and enjoy combining practical work with planning and coordination. To succeed in the role, we see that you: - Have good knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics - Have experience with troubleshooting and computer-based diagnostics - Are structured and have good planning skills - Enjoy supporting and collaborating with colleagues - Have a good service mindset and enjoy customer contact - Take responsibility and have the ability to prioritize in a varied daily routine - Have good administrative experience Previous experience in leadership, workshop planning, or similar is meritorious, but not a requirement for the right person. A valid B-class driver's license is required. As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, orderly, and have good teamwork skills, as the work takes place out at our customers' sites.
