Your assignment

In this role, you have broad responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and development of the buildings' technical systems. The work is varied and includes both urgent interventions and long-term improvements.

• Operation and monitoring of the buildings' technical systems via monitoring systems.
• Work with heating, ventilation, cooling, as well as control and regulation systems.
• Perform repairs and ongoing maintenance in buildings.
• Contribute to energy and operational optimization.
• Coordinate and follow up with external contractors.
• Work preventively for high operational reliability and good indoor environment.
• Develop working methods and technical solutions together with colleagues.

Your experience

You have a technical foundation and are accustomed to working practically with buildings and installations. You feel confident handling both systems and physical measures in the buildings.

• Upper secondary education and building technical education or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, cooling, as well as control and regulation systems.
• Practical experience of repairs and maintenance within the building sector.
• Good computer skills and experience working in building management systems.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience as a facility technician in fire and/or sprinkler systems.
• Experience in operating swimming facilities.
• Certificates for hot work.
• Boiler operator training according to AFS 2023:11.
• ADR 1.3.
• Training in electrical safety.
