AllboHus Fastighets AB

AllboHus Fastighets AB is a municipally owned real estate company that owns and manages apartments and commercial premises in several locations in Alvesta Municipality. The AllboHus portfolio includes approximately 1,850 apartments and 118,000 square meters of commercial space. Approximately 110 employees work within AllboHus in various professional groups, working every day to create homes for the residents of Alvesta. We develop through good meetings and open dialogue, achieved through our core values of participation, engagement, and trust.

AllboHus is a central actor in the development of Alvesta Municipality. One of the most important tasks ahead is the new construction and renovation of our existing property portfolio. 2 positions in facility cleaning

Job Responsibilities

The facility cleaning department is divided into teams, each with a team leader and 59 cleaners. We are now looking for more wonderful colleagues to join our teams in Alvesta, Moheda, and Grimslöv. Together, we clean municipal premises and stairwells, perform end-of-tenancy cleans, and carry out periodic floor maintenance for our tenants. We apply job rotation, which means variety in work and shared responsibility. Within the same geographical area, more colleagues work in other professional roles involving tenant contact, property repairs, and outdoor environments. Place of work: Alvesta, Moheda, and Grimslöv. Working hours for full-time positions are typically weekdays 06:00-15:00.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a high school diploma and experience cleaning public environments. You are driven by delivering good service, are solution-oriented, and have a structured work approach. Furthermore, you are open to continuous improvements within your area of responsibility and have the ability to see what needs to be done to increase safety and well-being. Education in SRY/PRYL and experience with the operation and maintenance of cleaning machines are meritorious. The work requires good physical fitness and good knowledge of the Swedish language. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. A manual B-driver's license is a requirement.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.

The position covers 75-100% and is a permanent position with start date by agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
