SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities

To meet our goal of expanding within the service sector, we need to strengthen our service department with an additional service technician. You will work with the repair and maintenance of industrial gears and electric motors in Helsingborg, as well as on-site at our customers throughout Scandinavia. You must be prepared to make rapid deployments for one or several days with very short notice. On-call duties during weekdays and weekends may also be required.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in mechanical service.
At least 2 years of field service experience.
Welding skills and training in "hot work".
Good knowledge of gear and bearing technology as well as open transmissions.
Experience in electromechanical service, such as electric motor service and frequency converters.
Experience in assembling and aligning motors, gears, pumps, etc., at customer sites.
Forklift license.
Driver's license (Category B).

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Oracle business system.
Ability to read technical drawings.
